| Antonio García was born in Seville. She studies fashion design in Seville and Haute couture costume and scenic Design at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. During this period, he combines her studies with work in the sewing room of his family, which is acquired solid studio experience. He works as a freelance designer for several firms, which make contact with the world business and production processes. For “Liwe española” works for four years as product manager, dedicated to sport and casual wear. There is opportunity to learn the fashion business from an industrial perspective. In 1998 he settled in Seville, where he opened his shop in the historic centre of town. During this period he specialized in tailor made and brides. In 2002 he opened his first shop where he sells his limited collection of prêt a porter and brides. He has exhibited his creations in internationals catwalks such as the Russian Fashion Week or Styl Kabo in Czech Republic, and participated in showrooms in cities like Tokyo, New York or Barcelona in 080. He has also made significant contributions in costume design for films, TV, and theatrical productions, or events such as the European film festival. |
